Not included: federal segment tax ($5.30/passenger/segment); international taxes and handling; repositioning to and from the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada at $4,000/hr. Priority/Express callout, peak-day, under-48-hour, international and Pacific surcharges apply. 2-hour daily minimum, with no per-leg minimum.

Card fees are listed separately: $50,000 (50 hours), $95,000 (100) or $160,000 (200), plus a $12,997 enrollment fee; ask how they apply to hourly billing. The rates shown are its U.S. domestic category rates, from the sheet linked on its jet card page. Booking inside 72 hours adds up to 30%; international trips up to 40%, with an international booking fee of up to 30% inside 96 hours. No positioning fees, peak days or expiry.
