Can you really fly out today?
Often, yes, and the reason is structural rather than heroic. CRAFT operates its five Challengers and employs the crews, so answering “can we do this” means looking at our own schedule rather than calling round other operators.
What we cannot do is promise one in advance. A same-day departure depends on whether an aircraft is where it needs to be, whether a crew is legal to fly the duty under Part 135, and whether both airports can take us. We would rather tell you in five minutes than string you along.
Have this ready when you call
- Where from, where to
- Airport codes if you know them, city names if you do not. We will find the closest field.
- When, and how firm it is
- The earliest you could leave and the latest that still works. A window helps more than a single time.
- How many people
- Up to nine on a Challenger 300, up to eight on a 350. Tell us about pets and anything oversized.
- Whether you need to come back
- A same-day return changes the crew duty picture completely, so say it up front.
