Four blackout days around Christmas and New Year's; peak bookings need 7 days' notice and can't be cancelled. Tax isn't itemized; its FAQ calls the rates all-inclusive.

Signature Membership: a fund from $200,000, and bigger funds get lower rates. The fixed plan holds one rate for every trip; the dynamic plan prices each trip, and its figures here are Wheels Up's three-month averages after the fund discount, not a promise. Special fixed rates of $7,500 (Phenom 300, Northeast to Florida) and $10,000 (Challenger 300, transcon) apply to certain flights. Rates are behind the View Hourly Rates button on wheelsup.com.
